Scar andd bruising progress

I was horrified when I had my strapping removed. I was a little upset as my scars looked untidy and I was covered in bruises. It didn’t look pretty at all. I just wanted to post some pictures of how amazing my scars look now (POW5D6) Don’t panic at how they look at 7 days post opp like I did. The bruising does go down and the incision scars will dramaticly improve!

They look great Leah. Mine looked pretty big after op I’m now 5 days post op and I feel they are getting smaller? One has dropped and the other is high should they get smaller or bigger as time goes on?? Xx

Sarah mine were huge from the swelling when I had my strapping removed removed. It’s just your swelling going down. Mine are different in size atm as my left has dropped and fluffed much more than my right ???? my nurse said it’s completely normal and should even our in the next few weeks.

So you would say there not going to get bigger than when first done? Feel slightly disappointed in size now.. Just want to see the final result. I seas about a 34 b/c up to a year after having my daughter then lost weight and dropped down to a 32a. Got 350 round unders and wearing a 34E m&s sports bra which seems big but they really don’t look so big at all now for having them done?? Any thoughts on this.. Feeling down xx

Well technically the implants never get bigger. When the muscle relaxes they will look bigger as the implant isnt all squished up. How many days post op are you? And did you have unders? Unders always look small in the first couple weeks as the chest muscle is so right.

What size did you ask to be? I would trust in your surgeon that you will be around the size you asked for once they have settled. Please dont be disheartened. They go through lots of changes! And you probably just got used to the swelling. 350cc is a good size implant! Xxx

Leah your boobs look amazing!! What size/shape implant did you have? I was an empty 32dd and had an uplift with 325 hp but haven’t got anywhere near the ‘oomph’ that you look to have – even with a 32e proper bra. A little bit envious lol. Xx

Thank you 🙂 I had round implants, they were 425cc HP. I think the oomph is because I had very little breast tissue to start with so it is literally all implant hahah. Xxx
