crem de la mer is quite good as well… if you talk to the girl… very expensive but worth it… you can also take some testers to try them before xx

Mederma is THE best thing out there, it can hard to get as it’s a US product but I found it on ebay for about 15 quid, it really is amaze.

Heal Gel was designed to deal with surgery scarring – not used it myself because I’ve not had my BA yet, but worth checking out apparently! 🙂

I was told off a breast cancer surgeon to use E45 cream on my uplift scarring as this smooths out the scarring inside and out and this had been god sent me x

I heard about a us product called Scarprin which has silicone in, which is meant to be brilliant for scars, I only used it a few times as i’m getting a re-op now so will have different scars. a woman on here told me she was advised to take arnica pre-op as that’s meant to help reduce scarring x

Bio oil is good… just dont know how long ago u had it done but make sure ur fully healed and nurae says wound is ready for it…. also if u sun bed keep them out the rays for up to a year as it can actually effect the way the scar settles
