Scarring/ bruising

Any tips on reducing scarring/bruising?

Bio oil and arnica tablets, I got both from amazon as its cheaper than chemists x

Arnica are great I had no bruising at all x

Definitely arnica for bruising and swelling, I got my 30c arnica tablets from boots for about £5 ish..bio oil is brilliant for scarring, not yet used it on my BA scars as only 6 days post op but have used it on other scarring and it works a treat 🙂 xx

should I take arnica before my op?

I was told a week before the op to start taking them and then for 1-2weeks afterwards both by my surgeon and the pharmacist 🙂 they definitely work, I’ve had no bruising and not much swelling at all. My mum and a few friends of mine who also took them had the same brill results from it. What is it your having done chick? Xx

Its a BA i’m having done, my sister had her nose done and surgeon said not to take them before?!
