Last night was my first night home and second night post op and I was in agony! I woke up at 5am feeling like I was going to genuinely die, then I realised I forgot to take my pain killers before I went to sleep so I took them. Woke up this morning and threw up!? I dont know if it is because of the amount of medication and I neveerrrrr take tablets normally. Feeling sooo rough 🙁

@Jessica girlie you are not alone…it was my second night as well and it was worse then the first one as well. Morning was so rough….felt so painful and stiff. Now moved around a bit, took two pain killers and having ice on my boobies. I think the first night we were still dragged up properly so it wasn’t that bad. Hope it will get better from day to day xxx

    Hi Jessica,

That sounds rough babe, I must say day 4 was worse for me. What meds were you given? I wasn’t sick but felt sick for a good week, couldn’t eat without feeling a bit of nausea.

Trust us – it does get better!! Take lots to drink, nourish your body!! buy some Arnica for swelling and bruising and by day 10 you’ll be like brand new 🙂 xx

I was given co-codamol, only took them twice because they made me feel really sick and just generally crap. I would probably suggest trying a different painkiller because I think they are probably the reason you were sick. Happy healing xx
