Sensitivity in nipples??

Just wondering when sensitivity comes back in your nipples and surrounding areas? At the moment I am 8 weeks post op and have gained feeling back in my right nipple and the area around it, however my left is still very numb and o can’t feel nothing. I have heard it can never return but is that just sensitivity or do you think it will stay completely numb? X

My friend had her boobs done 3 years ago and still has no nipple sensation.. Mines on and off and we’re both post op same amount of weeks.. Sometimes can take up to a year! Xx

Oh wow! It’s not really the sensitive bit that worries me it’s the fact that I can’t even feel my own nipple lol, if I brush past anything I don’t even realise because it is totally numb! Xx

My left is fine my right there is nothing from the nipple down it feels awful and I won’t let oh near it , I’m 6 months post op x

I hope the feeling comes back it’s really wired not being able to feel anything at all. Has your surgeon said this is normal x
