Day 2 after my op and I’ve started to feel really sick, one boob is extremely painful and bigger than the other (I hope it’s just the swelling)
I’m soooo itchy aswell. And whenever I get up I go dizzy, sent the fella out to get a new bra for me as my £4 Tesco ones are too uncomfortable. I really hope I don’t end up with one bigger than the other, it’s higher too, is this normal and the itchiness? Xx
I’d upload pics but I’m on my phone and I’ve tryed twice and it wouldn’t work.
Not very technical person lol xx

Hey Hun, the dizziness is your tablets, if they make you feel that bad swap them for plain paracetamol, and see how you get on, or take them on a full tummy. The pain eases after day three
The itching is because your nerves have been damaged and they are coming back to life, sorry to say they will itch for a while yet 🙁
And yes it’s normal to have them different, treat them as two different ops, so they will settle and heal at different rates, give it a few weeks and they will look the same and lovely.
    Happy healing Hun xx

Aww thanks joannabella I’m a proper worrier and I start panicing lol. I’m a big baby really lol. Yeah never thought to think of them as two individuals I guess I just didn’t know what to expect and now I can see them and they look different I was worried they will stay that way, also they look abit small to me, know this is a daft question but do they get bigger? Only I wanted a full C but they only look a small B to me. Xx

Cheers hun ill give it another day and see how I go then prob call the nurse if its worse xx

Hi Emily, I had awful itchiness for 4 days after my op, some people get this after a general anaesthetic – look it up on the internet. I was terrible with it – like bugs all over, even in my hair, kept me awake! Also, one of my boobs was so big and sore and the other one was numb and smaller – now the numb smaller one is bigger thn the other! Its all part of healing, you will be just fine soon hun. Just rest and keep taking your painkillers – they also will make you feel awful, but better than pain x x x

mine are exactly the same! however I’m strapped up not got a bra on. thats making me itch like hell.

Painkillers are great, I’ve found best way is to take first thing in morning then i take the rest at night. Gives me a proper good nights sleep. On day 3 now and not bad at all x

Oh, I’ve just realised, I got those tesco medium impact sports vras for £4 too, they are awful – don’t fit and cut in on your incisions! I can recommend M&S or get a Macom of the internet, they are soooo comfy x x x
