Sick note / GP note????

Anyone had a sick note of GP to say there not fit for work??? I’ve got annual leave booked for one week then need time off for recovery for 3-4 weeks. Are GPs normally ok with giving you one? Xx

I’ve been wondering about this too. Everyone I’ve asked have said that GP’s won’t give you a sick note for private surgery and you just have to use leave xx

Mya will provide two weeks sick note without question. If you need more then I would talk to Mya first.

My friend got the GP to sign her off for another two weeks (4 weeks in totally) without any issues. Just have good reasons why you can’t perform day to day activities at work.

Oh right ok I didn’t know. Will it say MYA on top of sick note though??? I’ve got two weeks annual leave first so need it after that. Will they provide it then?? Xxx

I had a letter from mya but my work wouldn’t except it so I got one from my gp and they were fine about giving me one!!! X
