Sleeping??

So Im 6 Days Post Op today. I had my strapping off today and forgot to ask can i sleep laying down yet? Xx

I was allowed to sleep on my back at my 1 week post op the nurse gave me the all clear. If there were no issues and nurse said you’re healing fine etc then I’m sure you’re okay to sleep on your back.

Yeahh she said i was all okay i just forgot to ask lol because my back is killing me thankyou for the advice xx

That’s okay Hun I’m sure you’re fine to sleep on your back then. Have a comfy sleep tonight …I know how you feel – both my back and bum was hurting lol.

Il give it a try, my back hurts more then my boobs lool x

I feel refreshed this morning was definately better! How long does it take for swelling to go down after strapping off do you no? Xx

That’s good to hear Hun. Must feel so good to finally have a good nights sleep. Hmm I think it’s difference for everyone as for some it goes down quicker than others. My nurse mentioned mine had gone down a lot at one week because I did use ice packs a lot but I’d say a full 2 weeks and by the 3rd week seemed to have gone and 4 weeks settled too. So give it another week or so hopefully that’ll be the same for you.

It is Hun but don’t worry with time you’ll see them settle down. Hope you’re happy with your results though.

I am very happy with my results very shocked at first because ive never had boobs, im just worried about the shape but hopefully they will settle x
