Sleeping

I am 4 weeks PO and wanted to know when you can start sleeping on your side? I have anatomicals under the muscle. Wasn’t sure if the implants would have settled yet as I don’t want rotation !! Xxx

Wow you’ve done really well to get to 4 weeks po not sleeping on your side 🙂 I really don’t know the answer to this lol but I reckon you’ve done well enough & reckon you’d be alright! Xxx

I got told at least 5 days hun. I’m 4days PO and already desperate to roll on my side to sleep lol x

I’m almost 2 weeks PO and I slept on my side a little last night, it felt amazing! 🙂 I’ve not had a proper nights sleep since my op and I’m absolutely knackered! Xx
