    Hi, when can I stop sleeping on my back?!

    I want to know too! I’m not having trouble sleeping on my back but i have a single bed and the boyf is getting fed up on the floor hahaha!! I’ve tried lying on my side but it hurts, and i’m nearly 3 weeks po.

    Hey girls a really good sports bra can like shock absorber run bra this keeps. Your implants still and don’t move at all when your ley on your sides and a long sausage pillow and vpillwo helps to I had 13 weeks of this with my uplift n implants x

    How upright have you all been sleeping?
    I know I’m only two days post op but it really is agony. The pressure is awful x

    I saw the nurse today and she said the guideline is 10 days post op, but the best thing is to listen to your body as you will know yourself if your’e not ready.. Also if you do attempt it, try putting a pillow underneath the side of your body so that the weight is more on your ribs rather than breast…that way, at least you will be cushioned! hope this helps x x

    yeah I must admit the worst thing of all this is sleeping. but believe me gets easier the 2nd night I cried haha I though how am I gonna cope with this my back was in so much pain. but im 5 days po and slept like a baby last night 🙂 x
