Sleeping

Hi Girls

I’m 11 days PO now (had 375cc unders) and the boobs are feeling better everyday but my back is aching more by the day! I’ve basically been sleeping sitting up and pretty sure it has helped with the swelling but I’m just wondering how long until we can sleep as normal? Has anyone discussed this with their surgeon or nurse?

Hi im 3 weeks post op and when i had my 2 wk check witj nurse she told me i could slightly move down a bit but not all the wqy still had to sleep slightly raised which is a bit better but cannot sleep flat until 6 wks check xx

I know this feeling I’m 4 days post op and my back hurts/shoulders more than my boobs. I’m trying heat packs and that’s helping x
