Hi ladies at my 2 week po check the nurse gave me the all clear to sleep flat 🙂 at my 1 wk po I also realised that I’d been sleep propped up more than I needed, almost sat up so started sleeping with 3 pillows and my v pillow xx

You can sleep 45° so you don’t have to be sat right up just make sure your not on your side or completely flat and that’s fine. My nurse said we have to sleep like this for 4 weeks. Can’t wait to sleep normally too!

I am 3 weeks PO today and have been laying on my back since last Wednesday. My nurse confirmed its definitely only 2 weeks you have to be propped up. Also I agree I was sleeping almost sat up until my one week check and realised that actually I didn’t need to be that propped up.
I can’t wait to lay on my side now x

I read online that people can start sleeping normally (not on your side) after one week? My nurse never mentioned to me when to stop sleeping propped up.. Xx
