Bit of an odd question but once you don’t have to wear a sports bra 24/7 any longer I can’t imagine not wearing one at night think without one I would worry about them.
Anyone carried on wearing one at night? Or is that not advisable?

I was told if would be a good idea to sleep in mine after 6 weeks as gives them support. Not sure if it can do any harm really? Guess it’s up to the individual xx

Since my first BA back in 2005 I’ve always worn a sport bra to bed for the support apart from the odd night here and there. Gravity isnt our friend so I think anything which can help delay the effect is worth it after all they are a expensive investment might aswell look after themthe best you can x
