Sleeping normal, please help?

Im 10days p.o now, when can I sleep on my back flat? Getting really uncomfortable having to sleep up right 🙁 xx

Don’t you have the v pillow? they are amazing hun xxxxx

Ye i do but just really want to lie down flat lol. Do you know when we are allowed too? Xxxx

yeah, its only been my first night of sleeping up so I guess I will get a bit fed up of it! ….10-14 days I was told then can lay flat xxxxx

Hey Caroline aslong as your comfy sleeping flat go for it hun. Nurse told me elevated for 1st couple of days. I was sleepin on my side this time round about 11 days po. If it hurts don’t do it but if its fine you will be ok 🙂 xxx

I know Evrythings exciting when you have your boobs done lol like getting a proper bath or shower washing your hair, having w good night sleep. 1st week is awful xxx

Go for it hun, I was told 7-10 days I only did it for 7. I’m 15 days post op now and has been sleeping on my side sometimes x

i was lying on my side by 2 week x

i am 2 weeks post op and am still lying slightly elevated with the v-pillow, im sleeping better than i did when i was full elevated but still not great! feel too scared to lie on my side tho- worry my boobs will change shape??!!

on another note i can have my first full body shower tomorrow- im soooooooooo excited!!! xxx
