sleeping on side??

So im 6 days post op. Strapping off. Incisions healing well. No pain just still bit swelling down middle n left side boob. When can I sleep on my side again???

I wake up with the worst bk ache from sleepin up right. Well I say up right as I seem to end up pretty low when asleep n av had better nights sleep this way.. but my body is turnin to the side… does this mean my body is ready to just nautrally start going bk to how I used to sleep ? Xx

I wanna sleep on my side aswell I try my best to sleep upright but end up laying almost flat on my back I’ve tried turning on my side but it starts to hurt a little and become uncomfortable x

Ye I dont think id end up fully on my side to start with but just been more on side its more comfy really. Hope ur ok xx

Im 3 weeks post op wednesday and iv been able to sleep on my side for about a weeek x

Ye im gd ta @Jade just get mornin boob in my left one lol.. ye I keep turnin in sleep on to it.. not fully tho so dont think will be long before I do xx @naomi92

The nurse told me Friday at my post op that I could sleep flat, she said don’t worry if you’ve been sliding down. I slept on my side for the first time this morning!! It wasn’t too bad, I held my boobs though and kept a pillow tucked into me. How’s the recovery going girls? My boobs feel huge!!!

got worst back ache from sleeping upright…….

Ye recovering well thanks just about bk to normal apart from heavy lifting and stretchin too high. JUst hate the dreaded mornin boob. Even tho it is only in my left on a mornin. Hows u? @beca2.. well ive gone for flat tonight with the electric blanket. Not upright. Ill no doubt lean off to side ha ye cabt cope with bk ache anymore lol @riya85 xx

so can sleep on my side…. i am 11 days po now…..
