Sleeping on side???

How long until you can sleep on your side? I’m 2 weeks post op and really struggling to sleep on my back! So exhausted from 2 weeks of sleepless nights! Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hi Amber. After my 1 week check, the nurse said I was ok to lie flatter than the initial upright position and after about a week I started waking up theough the night on my side. So i started sleeping on my side using a v pillow to protect my boobs. I would say after at least a week when the majority of the swelling has gone and as long as you feel comfortable doing so. Give your nurse a call to check first tho x

hey amber ive been sleeping laying down the past 4 nights but i did that before my op anyway 🙂 im slowly becoming more comfortable on my side tho 🙂 how you liking your new boobs? xx

Hi Vanessa, I am so uncomfortable on my back its untrue.. Just scared to sleep on my side haha! Love my new boobs just waiting for them to not be so hard haha! How are you liking yours xx
