Sleeping on side ??

When did everyone start sleeping on their side ? My back is killing and I feel like I haven’t slept great in a while . I’m POD19 was wondering if I’m comfortable on my side can I sleep on it ? Xx

I am 16 days post op and am desperate to sleep on my side. I had another appointment with the nurse this morning and she said I should wait until week 4 until I sleep on my side! Not sure I can wait that long but will try…….

What’s the reason you can’t sleep on your side? I hate sleeping on my back really don’t want another 3 weeks of it xxx

i slept on my side quite early on, but only do it if you feel comfortable!! x

I’m 2 weeks post op and have started to sleep on my side again but with a pillow underneath. Couldn’t do another night of sleeping on my back as I just couldn’t sleep properly xx
