    I’m 3 weeks PO and was wondering when I can lay on my side? I hate sleeping on my back!!!xx

    Im 1 week post op and slept on my side last night without any problems! I put a spare pillow around my chest so they wernt just hanging and couldnt move and felt brilliant after finally getting a decent sleep! Xx

    I’m really struggling with tis ladies I woke up on my side this morning! I’m only 5days post op but haven’t had any pain from the start! It doesn’t matter how many pillows I use i still seem to wriggle down and over!:/ xxx

    I started my side after like 9 days I think? just put a pillow under them and I put my quilt in between them! there so heavy tho I end up on my back abit! xx

    I think I was about 9 days PO I started on my side. Think it all depends on how you’re feeling x

    I was 4 weeks and have now been told off the surgeon I can go on my front and should to squish them as mine are still quite firm and high (5 weeks)

    I got told I can’t for 6 weeks? It’s driving me mad xx
