Hi Leah I’m two weeks post op and still sleeping with v pillow on back. If you feel comfortable sleeping on your side then I’m sure you’ll be fine. It’s more for comfort being upright/on your back. I wouldn’t suggest sleeping on your front yet though lolx

I was quite comfortable on my side about 12 days post op I think?! Woke a couple of times and it was an effort to swap sides but just couldn’t stand sleeping on my back!! (Used to sleep totally on my front pre op). I’m 3 1/2 week post op now and sleeping fine on my side, with no waking. I am still aware they are there when I’m trying to find my comfy position lol. I’m sure it will be better each night though. My nurse said at 1 week post op (well 8 days), if your comfortable on ur side it’s no problem xx
