I tryed to see if i could find one in argos but couldnt find it..so jusg wondered what other girls have used or have found worked well..i do not want to miss out on sleep for 6 weeks haha xx

You need x2 v pillows they are two for £15 at Argos I would also invest in a coccyx Pillow (amazon) for your arse lol it’s a pillow with a gap to take the pressure off your bottom but I just bout a memory form neck cushion from b and m £5 cos didn’t want to any longer! Xx

I bought one of these it’s not helped for night sleep but great for during the day on your sofa, there on at £9.95 at the moment too, i also bought the argos backrest i found that horrendous, ive not slept well at all but like Joanna i found 2 v pillows the best way to get support, im 4 wks post op now and have stayed upright on the advice of my nurse but i was very swollen, i was told a full 6 weeks i’ll probably stick with it because i know i wont sleep any better flat (my stomach muscles are torn so cant lay flat on my back) just really looking forward to side sleeping at 6 weeks!!!
The sleep thing is difficult and feels like forever but realisticaly a month passes so quickly it’s something you will get through xxx
