I see everyone talking about sleeping sitting up.

Do you have to do this for tummy tucks and breast uplifts?

I normally sleep on my side, sometimes curled up.

Or is this just for people that have had implants?

Do you have to actually sleep sitting bolt upright?

    sorry for my ignorance 🙂

i had a breast uplift and they told me to sleep slightly inclined – not necessarily upright – but just not completely flat on my back. to be honest i think this is partly to do with comfort as well because post-op it’s a bit awkward/painful to lie flat on my back or on my side anyway.

are you post or pre-op? what procedure(s) are you having done?
