Sleeping upright

Hi

I had my boobs done on Friday and have been sleeping and sit propped up with a load of pilloa but its starting to give me back ache. Once the strapping is removed will I be able to lie on my side? Or so I still have to sleep upright? Thanks x

Hi Jessica,

They usually say to sleep upright until you see the nurse, and providing everything is okay shell tell you you can sleep on your back again or on your side with a pillow behind you- I removed mine one at a time!

Ahh ok that’s something to look forward to.. I’m struggling now sleeping and sitting upright. I always lie on my side 🙂

im struggling with with too:( so looking forward to just kaying flat on my back with my head on a pillow:)

Sameee my bum and back are soooo sore from sleeping!!
