Sleeping upright

how much longer ladies ! 17 days post op at the moment thanks x

I’m day 22 and still upright 🙁 would love to sleep lying down but I’m not 100% sure when we’re allowed to. Xxx

Me too 🙁 I must day I’m more horizontal than I was at the very beginning but still propped up for now. Any one how how long we need to do this for? Xxx

I had paper from hospital when i left saying 2wks.. max is 6 wks i think xxx

6 weeks! Omg I can’t cope 🙁 x

I only manged one night proped up and slept on back ever since. Even at the hospital I slept laying down and my nurse said it really makes no difference as the strapping keeps them in place as does a good sports bra? Not sure how accurate that is but touch wood been done so far! Xx

Hey girls, the nurse told me upright (45 degrees) for two weeks then on your back your back for 6 weeks. Think you can sleep on your side after you’ve been given the all clear (6 weeks normally) xx
