Sleeping upright

Girls how long are we suppose to sleep upright? I’m 12 days post op and I’m desperate to lay down and get back on my side haha xx

i started lying flat on my back from 2 weeks and i am 4 weeks post op now and starting to lie more on my side but with my boobs well supported xx

Thankyou @helen. I’ll wait until Wednesday when in 2 weeks po and lay flat then! My back is really aching xx
