Hi girls, I know we are not supposed to go to the gym for 6 weeks post op, but does anyone know if it is safe to use a slendertone belt before that? I am 10 days post op and can not believe how big I look still!!

I sent my nurse this question and she ok’d it. I think it’s all safe and fine I can’t see why it wouldn’t be?
I ordered one as soon as she said yes as I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if I’ve gained a stone post op I feel massive!! Xx
They are great I used it before my op and have the one for my bum and thighs too. Thank you so much for getting back to me I will start using it straight away. Every little helps when you can’t exercise lol xx
