Smaller Implant ladies.

Hello Ladies, im now in a position to book my surgery and aiming for August! (Not going with MYA)
I have been told due to the size of my chest and having a one sided reduction and a nipple lift large implants are out of the equation. I was initally told 280high profile would fit perfect but told i could go up to 325extra high profile and that would make no difference in measurements as both implants are 11.6cm wide. I am in the process of discussing sizes as ideally i’d prefer 365. After my one sided reduction (im assymmetrical) i’ll be a 32C in BOTH ; wooo! Ideally i want to end up an E!

However id love to hear from you ladies that had around 300/400 to hear how many cup sizes you went up.
As i currently wear a 32DD (due to being asymtrical) i dont want to look any smaller thhan what im used to. So would love all your help.

Hi Danielle. I am having surgery tomorrow afternoon. I wear a 32d (just) at the moment but my boobs are flat, wide and low. I’m having 365 TSF overs (I choose between 340 and 365) My surgeon said 365 will take me to a nice, natural, full 32d/dd. Can’t wait 🙂 x

Woo bet youre soo excited!
As im used to wearing a 32DD (filling one side) I want to feel bigger after it all, as ive said above id love to be an E and im just worried im not going to achieve it. I have a very narrow chest, my priority for my op is being even and having a nice shape as im currently uneven and tubular but i just dont want to be unhappy withte size at the end. xx

Do you have a surgeon yet? I had no idea what I wanted other than fuller and natural, but didn’t know how i could make it happen. I told my surgeon exactly what I was looking for and he didn’t hesitate in telling me how he could make it happen 🙂 He gave me an option and then his honest, professional opinion and I went with him (although now wondering if i should’ve went bigger and fake looking lol). There are a couple of girls here who have had tubular boobs and their results are amazing. Beautiful boobies all round 🙂 xxx

I do yes, i have been and told exactly what im having its just the implant sizes that im still unsure on!
I did exactly the same told my surgeon that problems i currently had and asked could he fix it and if so how did he advice would be the best way to do it. I am 100% happy with my surgeon and dont want to use anybody else if im told i cant go bigger than im happy with his judgement, but i do want to the the size conversation with him just so i know.
The size isnt the be all and end for me but i just dont want to be dissappointed after paying so much.
I have seen some fab results on here! 😀 xxx

Hi Hun. Before my op I was small 32b. I had 295’s and am now 32DD. I am size 8 and 5ft 2″. I am also not an MYA patient. Hope this helps xx

I had 310 extra high profile on Saturday, I was a VERY small 32b and at the moment wearing a 32d sports bra but obviously they are not settled yet. My surgeon said every 120-150grams is roughly another cup size. I was quite anxious about having extra high but of what I can see so far I absolutely love them! xxx
