smoking!!!

Im now just over 3 weeks PO when can i smoke again? or can i use the Ecigs?

Have you managed to go 3 weeks without one? That’s impressive!! Have you considered quitting? Sorry if that sounds rude, I really don’t mean it to, but 3 weeks without is fab!

That’s great! I couldn’t quit so just cut down to 5 a day? would def try to give up totally tho if you have managed 3 weeks already ???

I’ve been smoking since a few days after ?. I couldn’t help myself just reduced the amount massively. 3 weeks with nothing is amazing. Well done xx

I’ve done just over 4 weeks no smoking, I quit 3 weeks before my op n I’m going to try to just not start again! Never thought I would be able to do it but I have ?x

I’ve smoked my e cig the whole time Hun but it’s nicotine free x

Keep going girls I quit over a year ago best thing I’ve ever done apart from getting my boobies xx

Omg- youve all done so well!! haha, i may just get back into ecigs- i only want to start again as i am eating sooo much by not smoking and its taking its toll!! lol xxx
