Ive just met my surgon yesterday picked my implants so he’s gone through everything with me told me implants will last around 15-20 years in 10 years or so I may need a uplift. Having children can change the appearance Im unsure on exactly what will happen. If the implant leak, rupture, ripple, drop so it looks like you’ve got two creases my surgon said to go back and he will do this for free. From booking my first consultation to my op date was 9weeks you can have sooner or longer it’s up to you and what surgon you choose if he has availability xx
