So tender, what to do? !!

I’m post op 2 weeks and 3 days and although my boobs have been tender up until now fine but tonight there just so sore even just in my bra . Any idea if I can do anything to help girls?

Hi Hun I’m the same as you 2weeks 3days and I’m the same, my breasts are really tender and just under breast going on to my ribs are really sore to touch like bruises, I’m guessing our brusing is coming out. Do you keep getting a niggling pain every so often?…my right nipple stings to when I take my bra off. Think it’s just the healing process Hun. Xx
