sore

Im.so sore in between boobs at bottom all way down to my belly button. Is this normal?

Mine were like that until day 5 po it was just a constant dull ache but it does get better 🙂 I’m having my strapping off today I can’t wait !!

Im 5 days po on Sunday so hopefully will ease by then.

I’m sore on outsides and underneath. Getting up from bed is a killer! Just try to keep on too of pain relief and we should be better in a few days! Will all be worth it xx

I’m sore all around my rib cage, scared to get strapping off I feel like I will have bruises everywhere!

Yer my daughter has to pull me out of bed on a morning lol.

Yer i am keeping on top of pain relief as wasnt taking much before. Just keep waking up at 3am and having to take painkillers. Can I wet wipe wash mt boons as long as I dont go near where incisions are?

Yeah Laura u can wet whipe I have. Also was told to use a roll on insted of stray incase u catch the cuts xx

ah rite I used spray but ive got roll on so ill stick to that.

My boobs are like sunburnt sore…don’t have any pain or aches now unless I over stretch…..but it’s only in areas that are not numb. I assume it’s the nerves knitting back so at the moment I’m happy to feel that hoping they are healing and I get some feeling back! As I have spots in different areas on each boobs that are completely numb.
