So i just changed my sports bra as I felt the one I had on was too tight around my incisions and as I’ve taken it off one of my drain holes is stinging so bad it made me feel sick putting on my new bra, I have put a small plaster over it, but am I doing the right thing? I don’t want to cause an infection. It’s really strange my drain holes are causing me more pain than my actual incisions xx

I have the shock absorber zip up one but it’s so tight around my incisions I was worried it was rubbing them, so I have changed into my asda one for now, not as supportive but more comfortable. The bra had stuck to my scab where the drain was so it pulled when I took it off, it’s stopped stinging now. I think I may have to buy a bigger back size in the shock absorber one. I’ve taken all the codeine from the hospital so on to ibuprofen now xx
