sore sensitive nipples

Hi im post op day 7 and today my nipples feel really sore and sensitive is this normal??

Mine were just like that … Still are at day 11.. But I put a little lotion and cotton over them and it really helps

@shauni29 mine are the same I’m post op 7. I’m guessing it’s nerves coming back? How’s recovery going? X

I use a teeny bit of the bio- oil or sometimes a dab of this Arnica lotion I bought in the health food shop .. I have found both work really well x

Mine were like that until about 8weeks post op….. All perfectly normal xx

I’m post op day 6 and I carnt feel mine at all:( xx

I found breast pads for breastfeeding mums where fab they are hypo allergenic and really offer some cushioning x

Thanks girls!! I’ve got my app with the nurse tomorrow. They seem to have stopped being sore now so will see what the nurse has to say first xx
