Sores from strapping help!!

Hey just concerned on the sores I have from having my strapping removed today. Is it ok to put cream (sudocream) on boobs? Also is it ok to start using bio oil obviously not on incisions. ?? Xx

At my pre op the nurse said nothing at all on the chest area for 6 weeks. I was hoping I could rub cocoa butter in to prevent stretch marks, but she flat out said no. I guess it’s to avoid infection? X

Mine were even worse than this it literally ripped my skin off I was all scabbed up! I do use bio oil on mine I just stay away from the incisions xx
