My operation is on saturday and my only issue is not being able to work out during recovery.. so does anyone know how long I have to wait before I can start spin classes? or any type or exercise classes I can do without irritating my breasts .. thank u xx

I was going to post something very similar to this! I was 3 weeks po yesterday and really missing spin! I was thinking of going back next week…it’s mainly leg work isn’t it but don’t know if it’s too soon?! xx

They say 6 weeks before you attempt gym..I decided to go back at 15 days PO and I’ve been fine. I’ve been doing spinning & even weights on my lower half. it all depends on how you’re feeling in yourself don’t rush back too fast but if you’re feeling upto it why not! Only thing I struggled with at first was standing climb coz my arms still felt abit useless but anything seated was fine! Xxx

6 wks app I’m going to find putting on weight really hard as do metafit 3 times a week and odd spin plus very active after my kids but I’ve promised myself to just do it. I would die if anything happened after all this and they say it becauseCC is more likely. I’ve had mine done today and when I’m up and about going to do some long walks but that’s it. Each to their own though xxx

I’ve just checked with my friend who’s a PT and she said spin should be fine coz it’s only lower body…as long as you’re not lifting heavy weights or doing chest exercise should be fine xx
