I’m 4 days post op now and have one sports bra from m&s already but it seems very tight, i haven’t worn it yet though as my strapping is tight enough! But i was just wondering what sports bras are the best/comfiest?
The best sports bra for me was the shock absorber from bravissimo. They are abit pricey but very much worth it. With my early stages post op I lived in my compression bra. But to go out I wore my shock absorber.
