Shock absorbers are good & they have a zip at the front which is good as you’re not really meant to reach around the back to do anything up for a while. What date is your op? Good luck! I had my pre op yesterday, mines valentines day 🙂

Oh good idea! Pre op went really well, the nurse was lovely. Had my before photos taken & my sister rightly said I will hate looking at those when I’ve had the op! I’m only a tiny 32AA so having 275cc mod plus partials, what about you? Xx

Everyone says shock absorbers but I have to be honest, I didn’t rate it. I had a debenhams own high intensity one and that’s not supportive enough but it was too big. I personally have found the Asda sports bra with the zip up the front, £6, is amazing. It’s nice looking, blue black and grey, easy to wear, comfy and supportive. It’s high impact too. You can only order it online but if you do collect in store, it’s free delivery. I only got £100 off for late space?! xx

Really hun?! I was told £4595 for the surgery but if i had a late space I’d get £550 off, that was what my PC told me anyway.
My friend had the asda one too i think its the same from how you describe lol, im just going to get a couple and see which works best for me xx
