I feel I have exhausted all options!! I have 1 Macom and it’s really supportive but it’s catching on my incisions and making them really sore. I went into town today and tried on 8, yes 8 different sizes of Shock Absorber and none of them felt remotely comfortable. I really need to find something that’s soft fabric but supportive, could anyone recommend one please?
    I’m 7 days post op.
    Thank you 🙂 x

Hi hun, Macoms are seamless so not meant to catch on your incisions. What macom did you purchase? What size implants did you have? As the i-bra is more supportive for implants that are 350cc and above xx

I’m having the same problem Ellie, I don’t have a macom but no sports bra that I try is comfortable, I seem to be all different sizes depending on the make so it’s impossible to know what to order, it’s driving me crazy I just want to be comfortable! If you find a nice one then please let me know, hope you are healing well and are happy with your new additions 🙂 xx

Well it’s not the actual incisions but I have a line of horrible scratches and scabs (maybe from strapping) right where the line of my macom ends so it’s constantly rubbing on that. I have the signature bra and I have 450&550 implants so maybe I’ll buy a new macom but get the i bra. I need a new one anyway for when this one gets washed.

Kirsty I will let you know if I ever find one haha! Xx

I see what you mean now Ellie, the i-bra 1006 also comes down lower than the 1007 so I’m pretty sure that may help. I’ve just ordered another one, I find them so comfy and have my 2nd BA tomorrow so made sure to stock up. I wish you a speedy recovery hun xx

I have just ordered another one too as I brought a cheap soft sports bra from primark today, I’ve had it on for half an hour and I already have a bad back ache! Macom all the way..
Good luck for your op ️xx
