sports bra after surgery?

Hey all..just wondered if i should be wearing a sports bra while i still have my strapping on..or do i just wait a week till thats been removed.
Also, do u need to wait for your nurses appointment to takw the strapping ir can u just take it off yourself? Xx

I would like to know this too if any body knows?? Xx
