Hi Girls… Im almost POW3… iv had my dressings removed and absolutely love my new boobies. Not in no way near as much pain as i was before. Its right what all the girls say, patience is key!!! Now the dilemma i have is that on Sunday i swapped my trusty Macom for a M&S extreme high impact sports bra, it is unbelievably comfortable, i love it. Only issue is, i woke up Tuesday night in absolute agony with my Right incision stinging and burning and i think it was because its rubbing on my incisions. So iv put my macom bk on, it doesnt touch my incisions so is perfect, the only issue is, the material is so uncomfortable and because my skin is soooo sensitive its driving me absolutely mad. I was wondering if any of you girls know of any sports bras that are super comfy and supportive that come quite low down away from incisions?? I know its a big ask but im super struggling and just want to feel comfortable. Xxxx

I got this one from little woods catalogue but it also doesn’t come down as much as my macom to protect incisions. It is super comfy and I wear it during the day cos sits better with clothes and put macom on at night. http://www.littlewoods.com/shock-absorber-active-zipped-plunge-bra/1600026820.prd

@Hannah My op went absolutely fine. Nothing to worry about what so ever. So pleased with my results. I had a very rough 2 weeks with pain but it is sooo worth it. Short term pain for long term gain. I was a 30D cup but wore a heavily padded 32A and i had 425cc under the muscle with Mr Traynor xxx

Hi Rachel, Asda has the best and only £8, I’ve brought a few now and they come down far enough not to rub on your incisions.
