The nurse fitted my sports bra when I had my strapping removed and I had bought the ones she recommended (asda ones) but feel that they give me no support! It feels no different from when I don’t have one on? Just wondering what everyone else’s sports bras feel like.. Should they feel a bit tight? Really worried that they aren’t getting enough support!

Any advice would be much appreciated! Xx

I’m still pre op so don’t know exactly how they should feel however I know the shock absorber sports bras have often been recommended on here and have great reviews too! There also on sale at the moment in Debenhams xx

I know what you mean my macom and my shock absorber feel like they don’t 100% support them. I feel like my thicker Nike ones support more! But there meant to feel like that a little tight around the botton and thin around the boobs so they can breath xxx I feel the same as you and mine are healing perfect xx
