Sports bra size

Hiya I’m having 495 from 32a size 8 what size sports bra do I need to get? Nurse never told me even tho I asked her she just went on about macom lol. Thanks x

What size did u tell your surgeon you wanted to be? I would def get a 34 back then 1 cup size bigger than the size you asked for to allow for swelling xx

Hi, it doesn’t matter what cup size u r going up to for the macom one. U just order the back size u r now & it just seems to stretch cuz it’s a surgical compression bra.. They r a little more expensive than others, think they work out about £33. But they were worth it for me, I had an uplift & BA & it is so comfy with no seams & front fastening.
