Sports bra size?

Can any of you ladies help? When I went for my pre op the nurse told me to get one sports bra a back size and cup size bigger for when there first done and swollen. I’m going to get a macom one and a front zip up one from debenhams and don’t know what size to get- don’t really want to buy the macom one in a 36 (normally 34) and then it be too big when the swellings gone down? Please help!! :))

The macom ones are supposed to be quite giving. You will probably be ok with a 34 from the word go. I’ve just had my surgery….I didn’t invest in a macom on, but I wish I did. I’m usually a 36 and I have just put a 40 d bra on which I got from decathlon….but it doesn’t feel quite supportive enough. What size are you going to? X

I’m going to a D or a DD I havnt decided yet- so I think the macom one will be best as you don’t have to pick a size x
