Sports bra sizes?

Can anyone tell me what size sports bra I should get for DD? I’ve had 400Cc implants under the muscle but as most sports bras come in size 10/12/14 etc I don’t know what size to get. I want to take it to my 1week check up to get put on!

Hiya, I just had surgery with Kazzazi on the 4th.. I have 375 unders.
I went to marks n Spencer’s and got their zip up from sports bra size E for mine.
But also have post op bras that clasp at the front and with those you only measure the band underneath your new boobies as the material stretches out to suit the newbies…

Hey Hun i had 400 unders aswel & had already bought a DD m&s zip up front one.. But with the swelling it was so tight so i had to go buy an E. Both still fit but iv been measured at an F.but the sports bra is supposed to be tight, just not as tight for it to hurt!! Happy healing babe xx

i only bought bras that came in s,m,l and macoms to save playing the guessing game xx
