yeah hun, though it’s not a zip – its like little eyehooks that you do up meaning its adjustable for tightness. much better imo! xx

I brought the m&s zip ups and also a few in primark which were surprisingly really good! Have to say though the Macom at first you think omg this is hideous mainly because you’re so sore & its not the nicest of materials but now I can wear ‘normal’ bras some days I find myself wearing my macom! Front fastening/ zipping is definitely a must for the first few days when your arms are a bit stiff! xoxo

I bought the M&S zip up too and thought it was super supportive (but not tight like I couldn’t breath/felt squashed!) for straight after my op! It’s really easy to put on and do up too which you’ll be grateful for a few days post op… Only negative is it is quite high necked – so for. A week post op whilst your at home/at night – it’s perfect, but I’d also advise asda for a week or so post op which has a lower neck and a little padding for when your stiffness etc has gone and you’re out and about wanting to wear your normal clothes! Xx
