Hiya. I have my op tomorrow and I have bought a fee. They recommend Macom as they are surgical ones and you don’t have to get a cup size as they expand so just go by back size. They are ugly though! I also got a D3 sportjock which a lot of girls recommend on here which is also just back size.You can get cheaper ones too from m&s, Matalan, tesco, asda etc I have got a couple sizes and will return what I don’t use. As long as it is high impact/support it will be fine and long enough so it doesn’t run incisions. Hope that helps! x
