Sports bras – which ones to get? Please help

Hi girls,
I know about the Macom bra and I am going to order one but I also wanted to get a couple from M&S as I heard they were good and comfy.
There are so many though I don’t know which ones to get? Is it the post surgery bras or the sports bras?? Please can someone link me or show me pictures of the best ones to get?

Also is the shock asorber bras something that you wear straight away or are they something you wear a few weeks after?

Help appreciated as need to get them my surgery is in a week and a half! xx

Hi I wore my macom for the first week but used my m&s high impact sports bra that zips up at the front while my Macon was in the wash their so comfy and give u really good support I also have a shock absorber ultimate running bra which I got for like half the price of shops and it’s amazing 🙂 @toularose xx

You want a sports bra from m&s I was really confused on their website but the post surgery are for people who have had mastectomies! Not for ba 🙂 I have a macom and a extra high impact zip up one from m&s it’s black with white pattern round the straps and cups it looks like it’s gonna be good 🙂

I was advised to get sports bras from asda they were 2 for 6 quid and so comfy and snug x so cheap too x
