    Hi everyone,

I’m currently 3 weeks PO and have been told no exercise until 6 weeks PO. The sight of my flat little bottom is making me feel ill! I know that ultimately it’s going to be worth it but not sure how much longer I can cope with no exercise. Has anyone done anything earlier? How about squats? Do you think I could get away with some of those?

    Thank you! X

So glad you posted this. I’m only a matter of hours post op, but have been worrying about not going able to work out. I’m so proud of my abs forming, don’t want them to disappear. I’ve just planned on very strict eating & to google exercise that female body builders do as a lot of the have boob jobs & have to maintain their bodies. I’m sure there are ways around it. Hope you don mind the add bbe

I did leg workouts ASAP as soon as I wasn’t in pain so around 5 days post opp I was doing light leg workouts, I’m over 6 weeks now and I’m back up to 100kg squats so go for it just stay light x

Yes I’m not looking forward to not being able to work out properly, I’ll be climbing the walls if I can’t get to the gym xx

Just started my research on BA’s as mine have vanished since working out, but it’s good to here you ladies have gotten back into your excise regimes rather quickly because it was also a fear of mine. =)

Great post, I’m one day post op and I’m already panicking about not being sble to go to the gym. I’m a pro Muay Thai fighter, and although I know it will be a few month before I can train again I still need to stay in shape by going to the gym ! Hope I have a speedy recovery. I think if you are generally in good health physically you will have a quicker recovery ….or at least that’s what I’m hoping haha. Happy healing girlies and good luck with your ops if you’ve not had them yet 🙂 xx
