Still bloated and getting down :(

Really hoped my stomach would have gone down by now. Don’t wanna go out feel disgusting 🙁 I worked really hard to get in shape aswell and I just keep thinking my stomachs gonna stay like it 🙁 can’t wear any off my clothes, look awful 🙁 xx

Yeah drinking like 4 cups a day 🙁 I cut down painkillers a lot but I need at least 1 dose a day but I might cut it all out if that’s what’s making my tummy like that, would rather be in pain lol! Xx

I ran out of painkillers on Saturday afternoon so haven’t had nothing since then. I’m sure that’s what was making me bloated! Hope your feeling ok apart from been bloated!! X

How many days post op are you Sarah? I’m only 3 days but feel so fat- it’s all mainly in my stomach and sides.

If you’re over 7 days and have done all your antibiotics it might help to have a glass of wine- I’ve been looking it up and wine is a diuretic so should help with water retention

I’m 6 days PO Hun, otherwise I’m feeling quite ok, it’s back ache that’s the killer at the mo lol! Just hate feeling like this lol! My friend said I look pregnant today 🙁 doesn’t help as it means other people can definitely see it 🙁 xx

Hi I’m 7 days post op I’m so bloated too and have horrible back ache my stomachs usually flat so don’t worry it will go down and the back ache will go! We’re all in the same boat! X

I was bloated & i looked pregenant but it does go down, my stomach went completely flat again as soon as i was feeling better & moving around more!!! Its just swollen & all the meds inisde your system but i wouldnt stop taking them just for that!!! Trust me it will go down on its own xx

Just makes me feel awful to look in mirror 🙁 not many people no I’ve had a BA so they gonna be thinking I put on some junk in my trunk lol! Ah well :/ xx

Are you feeling any better hun? I forced myself to drink over 2 litres of water yesterday and lost 2lb this morning- my stomach looked awful and pregnant and even my knickers were digging in giving me really attractive red marks but I feel so much better today.
Give it a try, you’ll feel full all day from the water but really helps
