Still got the dreaded morning boob …

And feels like I have been attacked with a baseball bat every night on my back when the morning comes…
I’m still in the upright(ish) position as really uncomfortable lying totally flat still –
I just want to be able to curl up in the foetal position like I used too in bed …

PO Girls when do you start becoming pain,pain free .. (im 13 days PO) xx

Hiya Hun, I’m 19 days PO and it definitely gets better! I get only a slight ache now and cant wait to swap my bra for a softer one (I wear a shock absorber to bed and a M&S cotton bra most days) xx

I still get back pains hun but i can now sleep on my back and sometimes my side from 13 days po. It gets better hun… But the dreaded morning boob I get some mornings. You will get back to normal soon xx

I remember being able to bounce out of bed – Now I’m like a 98 year old! haha xxx

Im suffering with the worst of back ache and im 11 days po now and cant wait to be able to sleep on my side. What is this morning boob that i keep reading about???

ahh @Sarah i feel your pain,
Morning boob for me is when I wake up (In fact it still wakes me up about 2-3am) and they just feel realllllly heavy, tight, hard and sore!
This lasts for a good 20 minutes or so and starts to settle a bit more when i’m up and about ..
Mine still have that sensitive sunburn feeling all through out the day too and my nipples are like razor blades haha the Joys – But it is still such early days!

I understand now as that is what ive been experiencing and i was starting to flap a bit, as for my nipples they are really sensitive and are constantly hard. Never had that before ba xx
