Still very swollen :(

I am day 17 and still very swollen. Getting worried again 🙂 it’s so swollen in between my boobs. I really don’t want a uni boob. Also worried I have the wrong size bra. Got a 32 e m&s zip up but soo tight and I have a macom but got a small and think I need a medium. Would it ruin them if I have been wearing wrong size bras. Xx

Oh dear ;( I think the best thing that you can do is to ring MYA for some advice. I’m on day 17 too and it’s still a bit swollen. I wake up a lot of times at night due to my boobs feeling quite heavy and tight. Have you tried calling MACOM about exchanging your recent bra? You’ll never know, they might say yes!

Thank you for your reply. I just called the nurse. And she just said it can take 6weeks to 3 months for swelling to go down. I keep waking up at night lots too with the same . I can’t wait to be healed up 🙂

Have you try adjusting your straps and undo your bra for about a minute? It worked for me. As soon as I took both off, I felt like my boobs were shouting “freedom!” I told the nurse about it on my first consult post op and she told me that it was fine for me to do such. Hope you’ll feel better soon.. 😉
